Who Developed TEAMIND?

Dr. Jennifer R. Budman, PhD, OTR/L – A certified occupational therapist with over 19 years of clinical experience. She holds a master’s degree in occupational therapy from Columbia University in New York, a PhD from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and post-doctorate from Monash University, Melbourne Australia. 

Her research has been published in academic journals and presented at international conferences, including the World Federation of Occupational Therapy and the World Congress on ADHD.

Dr. Budman specializes in the innovative Cognitive Function (Cog-Fun; Maeir et al., 2018) approach, working with children, teens, and adults with ADHD and executive function challenges who need support in managing daily life, including school or work organization and self-regulation. She lectures at University Level, School of Occupational Therapy and Ministry5 of Education programs and serves as a developmental consultant and supervisor in both public and private clinics, rehabilitative daycare centers, special education preschools, and other educational settings.

Mrs. Sarah Elharar – A musician, entrepreneur, and developer of music-based learning kits for over a decade. Sarah is the founder of the "ShirShiur" method, which teaches learning strategies through music, songs, and games to preschool-aged children. Her physical and digital "ShirShiur" series has been enthusiastically adopted by hundreds of kindergartens across Israel, enriching language development and providing thorough, professional preparation for first grade.
